Owen Cowing | PRESIDENT

Owen Cowing founded Red Mountain Machinery Company over 30 years ago in order to help contractors to obtain heavy equipment at cost effective rates. With the help of his family and friends, Red Mountain has become a standard for highly maintained, promptly delivered equipment that you can count on. Owen still personally runs his company and is responsible for sales in Arizona and the Southwest.

Linda Cowing | SECRETARY/TREASURER

One of the founding members of Red Mountain, Linda has seen Red Mountain grow from a table top business into the progressive and sustainable business it is today. Her favorite part of it all, "the people," she says. Instrumental in developing and implementing an internal education program for their staff, Linda watched her Red Mountain family grow from the inside out. She is proud to have been instrumental in helping so many Red Mountain employees to attain their educational and professional dreams.

Jeremy Cowing | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Son of co-founders Owen and Linda, Jeremy literally grew up in the business. Beginning as a young kid cleaning equipment in the yard to just about everything else, Jeremy knows Red Mountain inside and out. In his current position as Director of Operations he oversees the everyday operations of the Chandler area site including: mechanic and service areas, general maintenance, and inspections. In addition he is the key contact and sales agent for Red Mountains Heavy Haul Service.

Joe Lilly | SALES

Joe Lilly’s career in construction began in 1975. He worked first as a mechanic on big iron, then as a driver and operator. He maintains his CDL to this day in order to insure on time delivery of any of his rented equipment- sometimes personally! A long time friend to many a contractor, Joe has returned to Red Mountain in order to continue his over 10 years of service with us.

Pete Costa | SALES

Since his first position in sales in 1988, Pete has continued his growth in this industry. His commitment to customer service and integrity has earned continued loyalty from customers. Pete's track record from Red Mountain Machinery and previous places of employment speaks volumes to his hard work and outstanding ethics.

Gia Kolack | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/HR

Gia Kolack joined Red Mountain Machinery Company in September 2007 as a Staff Accountant. She has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field. Gia started out her career working for an environmental consulting firm, gaining experience in accounting, human resources and payroll. She then moved to a CPA firm and worked in the public accounting industry before coming to Red Mountain Machinery Company. Gia graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Management.
